Environmental Policy and Sustainability


ONE SERVICE promotes a culture of Quality through the commitment of all those who operate within the company with the aim of providing a service in constant improvement in compliance with all requirements, even those not explicitly stated, of the customer.

ONE SERVICE RL also promotes respect for the environment and is committed to ensuring that the direct and indirect environmental aspects produced by its activities have a limited and controlled impact on the surrounding environment.

The management of ONE SERVICE has therefore decided to implement its Integrated Management System for the Environment and Quality, in accordance with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standards, identifying the adoption of the principles of Environmental and Quality Management as the winning choice for improving the environment, business efficiency, and customer service.

The objectives set by ONE SERVICE during the Management Review, the risks and opportunities identified for each business process, are documented in the document “Actions to Address Risks and Opportunities” and are communicated to all company personnel.
